Starting a Session
Innage is designed to get out of your way as fast as possible. Starting a session takes two taps: enter your buy-in and go play. Everything else — game, casino, notes — can be filled in later when you cash out.

Tap New Session
On mobile, tap the + button in the center of the bottom navigation bar. On desktop, click New Session in the left sidebar. Both take you to the same session start screen.
Enter your innage
Your innage is the total amount of money you put into the machine or onto the table before your first spin or hand. Type the amount directly, or tap one of the preset pills — $20, $50, $100, $500, or $1,000 — to fill it in instantly.
Tapping a preset pill on top of an existing value adds to it. If you fed in $100 and then tapped the $50 pill, your innage becomes $150. This makes quick reloads feel natural before you even hit Start.
What is innage?
"Innage" was popularized by Vegas Matt and the World's Biggest Gambler (WBG). It refers to the initial amount inserted into a slot machine before the first spin — loudly declared so everyone following along can track the ebb and flow of the session. Innage tracks this same number for every session you play.
Toggle Free Play (optional)
If your entire buy-in consists of casino credits — free play, promotional credits, or comps — enable the Free Play toggle. This tells Innage that no real cash went in, which affects how your true net is calculated.
Mixed innage (part cash, part free play) is handled at cashout — you can split the amounts precisely when you record the session. See the Free Play & Comps guide for more detail.
Toggle High Limit (optional)
If you're playing in a high limit area — typically $5 denomination machines and above, or dedicated high limit table sections — enable the High Limit toggle. This flags the session so you can filter and compare your high limit results separately in your session history and analytics.
Tap Start Session
Tap Start Session → and Innage records your innage with the current time as the session start. You'll land on the session view — a live screen showing your session in progress.
That's it. Put your phone down and go play. When you're ready to cash out, come back to the app and the session will be waiting exactly where you left it.
What happens next
Your session appears as In Progress on the dashboard and sessions list.
You can add more innage mid-session if you reload — without going anywhere near the cashout form.
If you hit a handpay, you can record it directly from the session view so it's captured in your net result.
Casino, game, and all the details are collected at cashout — you don't need any of that to start.
