Mid-Session Tracking
High Water Mark
The high water mark is the highest balance you reached during a session. Record it and Innage can tell you exactly how much you gave back from your peak — a number that's often more revealing than your final result.
Note your peak balance during play
When your machine balance hits a high point — after a bonus, a big line hit, or a handpay — make a mental note of the balance shown on screen. You don't need to record it instantly; you can enter it any time while the session is still open, or even after you cash out via the edit form.
Find the High Water Mark card
On your in-progress session, scroll down past the Add Innage form to the High Water Mark card. Enter the peak balance you reached and tap Save.
Check your result after cashing out
Once the session is complete, the Session Financials section shows your Peak Balance and a Gave Back from Peak row — how much of your high point you surrendered before cashing out.
How "Gave Back from Peak" is calculated
Handpay totals are included because that money has already left the machine — it shouldn't count as something you "gave back."
You were up $4,300 at your peak. You walked away with $200 cash + $3,880 handpay. You gave back $220 from your high point — not $4,100, which is what it would show if the handpay weren't accounted for.
