Mood Tracking
Before you close out a session, Innage asks how you were feeling. It's a one-tap field โ and over time, mood data can reveal patterns you'd never notice otherwise.
The five moods
How to record mood
Mood is set on the session edit form โ tap Edit on any completed session and scroll to How were you feeling? at the bottom. Tap the emoji that matches and save.
You can also update mood any time after the fact. Edit the session, change the selection, and save.
Why it's worth logging
Drinking sessions โ once you have enough data, you can compare your net results when drinking vs. not. Most players find the difference significant.
Tired or frustrated โ chasing losses when tired or tilted is one of the most common ways to turn a small loss into a big one. Tagging those sessions helps you see the pattern.
On a roll โ track which sessions you felt confident and whether that correlates with better results or just more aggressive play.
Mood shows on session cards โ the emoji appears as a badge on session cards in your history, so you can skim your recent sessions and immediately see the emotional context.
