By accessing or using Innage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Innage is operated as a personal project and is provided as-is.

2. Description of Service

Innage is a gambling session tracking tool that allows users to log casino sessions, analyze performance data, and optionally share session results. The Service is intended for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription (Shark or Whale plan). Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Responsible Gambling

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

All content, design, and code comprising the Service are the property of Innage and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the session data you submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
