Mid-Session Tracking
Free Play & Comps
Free play — casino credits issued as promotions or rewards — isn't real cash out of your pocket. Innage tracks it separately so your true net only reflects money you actually spent.
Why it matters
If you walk in with $100 of your own money plus $50 in casino credits and walk out with $200, your actual profit is $100 — not $50. Without separating free play, your innage looks like $150 and your net looks worse than it is. With it tracked correctly, Innage knows your cash innage was $100 and your true net is +$100.
Starting a session with free play
Enter your total innage
Include the free play in your innage total. If you loaded $100 cash + $50 free play, enter $150.
Enable the Free Play toggle
Toggle Free Play on. The free play amount will sync to match your full innage. If your entire buy-in is casino credits, that's correct. If only part of it is free play, you'll adjust the split at cashout.
Mixed sessions (part cash, part free play)
If you loaded both cash and credits, enable the toggle and set your total innage. You can update the exact free play split when you cash out by editing the session.
Adding free play mid-session
Got a free play offer mid-session? Open your in-progress session and use the Free Play mode in the Add Innage card.
Tap the Free Play pill in the Add Innage card
Enter the free play amount — the label updates to "Free play amount" so you know you're in the right mode
Tap Add Free Play. This adds to your total innage AND your free play total, keeping the split accurate
How the math works
| Field | Formula | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Total Innage | Cash + Free Play | $150 |
| Free Play | Comps only | $50 |
| Cash Innage | Total − Free Play | $100 |
| Cashout | What you walked out with | $200 |
| Net Result | Cashout − Cash Innage | +$100 |
The free play is subtracted from innage before the net is calculated, so only your real money out of pocket is counted as a cost.
